1. Session Intelligence
AI listens to the full session, aligns speech to curriculum objectives, and tags every moment of learning, struggle, and breakthrough.
TBAI records the session, aligns the transcript to curriculum objectives, and updates a mastery profile across specific skills. AI drafts the next-session plan and a plain-language family recap; the educator edits, approves, or rejects every release.
Naya (Gr. 9 Algebra) solved 3 of 4 linear equations independently. The transcript shows consistent equation isolation and a repeated gap when translating written scenarios into algebraic expressions.
Multiple AI systems run on every session. Together they turn one hour of human teaching into a measurable, personalized learning plan that keeps working after the tutor logs off.
AI listens to the full session, aligns speech to curriculum objectives, and tags every moment of learning, struggle, and breakthrough.
The model scores mastery across subject-specific micro-skills and updates a learning profile after every session.
AI drafts the analysis, plan, and recap. The educator can edit, correct, or reject every item before anything is shared.
Minutes after class, AI drafts the next-session plan and a plain-language family recap in English and French from the same curriculum-aligned record.
Recording a learning session is a privilege, not a default. TBAI is designed so that families and schools stay in control of every recording, every insight, and every share.
No session is recorded without explicit, informed consent from the guardian and the school. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, and withdrawal deletes the associated recordings.
Recordings are processed, summarized, and then retained only as long as the family and school choose. Default retention is limited, and deletion requests are honored fully, including derived insights.
TBAI is built to align with PIPEDA and provincial education privacy requirements. Student data is never sold, never used to train third-party models, and never shared outside the consented circle of tutor, guardian, and school.
AI drafts, educators decide. Nothing reaches a family until an authorized educator has reviewed and approved it.
Current pilots validate curriculum-aligned mastery scoring, observable participation records, and educator-approved family communication.
| Observable measure | Status | Owner |

| Sessions completed | 7 of 8 | Program team |

Our current focus is narrow and evidence-driven. We are validating mastery scoring and family communication with school partners. Future versions may include expanded analytics and community dashboards. Every new capability returns to you as a separate decision with measured outcomes attached.
TBAI is onboarding schools and community programs that need AI summaries, recording intelligence, and measurable student outcome tracking.
